A small yet bright light flooded a large page coated with words, the black letters so small they were unreconizable from a few inches away. A girl sat hunched over the book, perched onto a small black desk, with stacks of books surrounding them. Cameron nodded as she turned the page, connecting a small bit of information with another. So the murder in Sweden was actually caused by a natural disaster, the so called "murderer" just being at the wrong place in the wrong time....So sad how a bit of misfortune can lead to someone passing away in their cell in prison.... Cameron closed her eyes for a moment, picturing a tortured face, learning he'd been sentenced to life in prison. She opened them and glanced at the clock sitting on the top right corner of her desk: 11:55 a.m. Her eyebrows raised, and she quickly placed her bookmark between the pages and shut the book, placing it on the top of the nearest stack. Jumping from her stool, she leaped over a stack of books and reached for the door, wrenching it open as she shoved herself through the doorway. She glanced back and forth down the hallways, and began to fast-walk down the hall. She continued her walk to the exit until she realized something that nearly made her trip over her own feet. It was a saturday. Telling herself off inside her head, she began to travel deeper inside the basement to her room.
